There are many things that are important to us here at Videalert; cleaner air in our UK cities, and safer roads around schools for children to name just a couple.
But raising money for extremely worthy causes is another.
If you do business with us, or have dealt with Videalert in any capacity, chances you have either met, or have spoken with Tim Daniels (Videalert Sales Director).
Nearly 5 years ago Tim had a horrific cycling accident and owes his life to the Hampshire & IOW Air Ambulance.
You can find out more in this video below:
Since then Tim has dedicated himself to raising money for HIOWAA as it is run purely on charitable donations.
Now is no exception as he embarks on a 700 mile cycle ride from Caen to Cannes (in 8 days), including the infamous Mont Ventoux.
Tim is riding with a long-standing friend, Rob Sanderson, who sadly lost his dear wife Kate to Motor Neurone Disease in December 2014. There is still no cure for this tragic disease and the MND Association needs all the help it can get to continue to research and help cure MND in the future.
Tim & Rob will be riding in a team of 14 riders & a support team of 8. We will be following the team and updating you all on their progress via our Facebook page. We will be sharing pictures, videos and more to support the team as them embark on this huge challenge.
Please help us support these charities and encourage the team as much as we can by making a donation. Any donation, however big or small, will be so appreciated.
Fund raising will continue with a charity ball & auction held on September 15th.
All donations will be shared equally between Hampshire & IOW Air Ambulance & MND Association.
