Videalert expands software support team to meet business growth

Videalert has announced the expansion of its software support team with two key appointments.
Patrick Coyle has over 15 years’ experience of software programming and application development and has been appointed as Senior Developer. He will be responsible for supporting and developing the entire Videalert ecosystem. Patrick joins direct from Travis Perkins where, as Solution Architect, he designed and specified business critical ERP applications for a major multi-million pound implementation. Prior to this, he was Development Manager at Civica Education where he was responsible for the development and infrastructure of a finance solution used by over 1000 schools, colleges and businesses.
Daniel Odesanya has over 4 years’ experience of working in the IT support environment and has been appointed as Systems Consultant. He will be assisting with system design, configuration, implementation and ongoing support for Videalert’s comprehensive range of traffic management and enforcement solutions. Daniel also joins direct from Civica where, as Systems Consultant, he had a wide range of database management responsibilities.
According to Videalert: “These appointments will enhance our ability respond rapidly to an increasing number of installations across the UK. With extensive experience of working with the public sector, Patrick and Daniel have the expertise to work effectively with customers that can see how Videalert’s software-based solutions can better meet their complex requirements for a growing number of applications including Clean Air Zones.”
